If you have purchased a product or service from Aliyun, but no longer need these services due to some reason or are not satisfied with the services, you can apply for a refund. Here are the details of Aliyun's refund policy.
Refund Rules
Aliyun's refund rules are based on different product types. For example, domains and cloud virtual hosts can get a full refund by applying for a refund within 7 days after purchase. However, if you have purchased a yearly or monthly cloud server, you need to apply for a refund within 3 days after purchase, and you will only receive the remaining months' fees. Please note that for some special Aliyun products or services, there may not be a refund option.
Please note that you will not be able to apply for a refund in the following situations:
Exceeded the refund period
The product or service has been used
The order has been cancelled or expired
An invoice has been issued
Have violated Aliyun's terms and conditions
Refund Application Process
If you meet the refund rules and want to apply for a refund, please follow these steps:

Find the product or service you want to refund and click "Apply for Refund"
Fill out the refund application form, including your contact information and reasons
Submit the application and wait for administrator review
